Noms:
BW: 132
Meal 1: 2 chocolate chip pancakes and corned beef hash + green tea, finally a real breakfast! Soooooo good.
PWO Meal 2: chili, sour cream + tortilla chips, glass of milk + 1 scoop protein
Meal 3:
Meal 4:
Notes: I think part of the reason I haven’t been feeling so hot is I’m not drinking enough water. All of this salty food, protein, etc. is not what I’m used to. Plus, the protein I ordered is part creatine and I know you’re supposed to drink more water with creatine.
Congrats on the promotion - awesome! Also, chocolate pancakes? Please to post recipe?
Re: the photos - yeah, it’s not a major transformation but if you look at your legs, there’s deffo more quad sweep in the second pic. Which is good, no?
Ha I just edited it before I saw your post! Chocolate chip pancakes haha
And yes, I did notice a little bit more quad definition. I was expecting that because at the time of the first pic, I was recovering from knee injuries and wasn’t using my legs at all. I just want morrreeeee!!

Silly girl! How much water are you drinking? Minimum of 3 liters a day. If you can manage it with your job, try to aim for 5 liters a day. Water is your friend!!!
Oooooh! PRAAAHMOTION!! Yay you!
Um trust me… the more money will make up for the more work.
I mean srsly I will solve THE MOTHAFUKKIN WORLD. Just pay me.
Thanx!
Super exciting for you and just to mention again… ur hella hot!
more than 2 litres a day and I have accidents. 1.5 to 2 works for me. and watch for the salt content in things.

Notes: My college gym (which is dope) is closed for the holidays. I got a free week pass to Gold’s Gym that is relatively close to my job. I was incredibly disappointed in their equipment. First off, the bars had this really jagged knurling that tore my girly palms to shreds. The plates were round in parts and flat in others so that every time I put down the bar, it would roll around and pull diagonally or crash into my shins. That part was the most frustrating and I skimped a lot on volume I would have normally done. I will never go there again and now need to find a new alternative.
Disco disco disco!!!
Hi dani,
Good to still see that your still lifting heavy ass weight. Your pics are sexc. You have a nice ass.
It sucks when a gym that you go to just doesnt feel right. I have that problem with one of the gyms I attend on Tuesdays. Equipment sucks, heaps of squat rack curlers, annoying music etc etc. You just have to psych up and push through it.

Multisided plates are the devil with DLing. Especially if you do a reset between reps. I have two gym memberships. One is only for the round plates and DLing.
OMG! Super late, but congrats on the promotion! What a way to start the new year. Woot woot! It is exciting and nerve wracking, but you got this girl! The energy will come. Just stay focused and stay balanced.
Anyways, great training! Putting up some great numbers. And boo! on disappointing equipment - gotta make the best of it, i guess. You’ll make it work!
Happy holidays!! Here’s to a great new year!
Thanks everybody. Hope all of your holidays were full of family and good food! My family sufficiently annoyed me but made me happy at the same time. I am usually very relieved when holidays are over.
I reached 136 BW on Christmas but I’m back down to 132 today. Took some time off from the gym because it was closed for the holidays and I’m just overly tired! I feel well rested and fueled up for 2012! BRING IT!

Notes: First time using my new stuff. I LOVED the belt and I think I will get a lot out of it. The slingshot however was confusing as all hell to me. The only way I can explain the feeling was that it was “stuck” at a certain point and I could neither press it up because it was too far back nor lower it because it wasn’t heavy enough. My shoulder has also been feeling a little tweaked lately. I’m falling apart! Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough time to do any assistance today either.
Curious about the slingshot. It’s a tool for geared lifters as it simulates a bench shirt. Are you planning to go geared? There’s a “groove,” or path, that you have to stay in with this device or you will lose control of the bar and can smash your face. You should always have a spotter when using it. All gear takes practice.

I have no plan to use gear right now. It was a Christmas gift from my bf. He wants me to use more volume with heavier weight. I did notice that it is easy to lose control. I don’t know what I would have done without a spotter, woulda been bad.
ooh cool toy. i love cool toys ![]()

Tsk, tsk! I’ve found I have to do it first or it falls into the dark closet that I call: The Later Zone.
Even if you did one move out of the many I’m sure you were given, it will help! Don’t make me nag! ![]()
Congrats on the job…Happy new year to YOU!! woohoo!
