HSM-
Went on a date, ohlala, just had a parmy, a few chips and some mash and 2 CC drys.

Training-
AM- Pull up workout
PM-
Movement- waterski training. 2 sets

It was pointed out to me when I did a velocity(ish) diet that I was experiencing significant hunger because I was using whey, Micellar casein works better for this if you can get your hands on some. Also throw up some before pics so you can get that satisfying before & after comparison.
