Sometimes you gotta respect someone who doesn’t know the meaning of give up. This 'aint one of those times.
N3WB, looking back, the only, and I mean ONLY, kids that were expelled from school ended up complete losers. I mean 36-years-old-and-working- overnights-at-a-convenience-store kind of loser.
If you want to brag about your impending downward spiral go for it, just do it on MYSPACE. Or better yet, make a squat video and post it on Youtube.
You’ve got a chance to become a good person. A quiet, reflective, thoughtful, respectful person. It’s OK to fuck up, we all do. Just come to the realzation that you’ve started this thread practically inviting a storm of condemnation. This just 'aint the place to post stupid, go-nowhere threads.
I going to guess that I’ve benched, deadlifted, squatted, curled, pressed up to three times what you have. And I have over 60 lbs on you and I’m much leaner. There are guys here that blow me out of the water on my lifts and guess what? I RESPECT them all.
But more importantly, I respect all those that are busting thier asses day-in-day-out that have yet to hit those big numbers. Hell, a lot of members here train for other reasons besides pure strength. Things like MMA, football, marathons, track & field, strongman etc. They ALL deserve OUR respect.
So Take it from me, you ‘aint nuthin’. You can become something one day but for now, shut your fucking mouth.

you are a hardcore lifter if you type in between sets. now for the big question that seperates the men from the boys…was it a laptop or a desktop?
Guys, we are in a battle of wits with an unarmed man.
We also have to be ashamed to argue with a mentally challenged young man.
I’ve known grown men with a grade 6 education that have more wisdom than this poor sole.
This has been comical, the highest achievement he wants in life is to be an internet badass, OK, so you are, now what?
The photshop stuff is really cool ![]()

This is n3wb’s reaction after nobody thought he was cool.
I refer to todays strong words…
" It is impossible to defeat an ignorant man in argument. – William G. McAdoo "
n3wb, you’re an idiot. Dumb as a box of rocks.
The problem is, it’ll be another 10 years before you have the maturity to realise this fact.
Sorry, no one here can help you.

Why don’t you put up a pic so we can all see how PATHETIC (Please learn the spelling) you really are.
But wait, don’t do it because then you’d have NOTHING more to say around here…right?[/quote]

N3WB, you can do so much good with your passion. At 15 years old, with a strong interest in lifting, you can go far.
What you need to do is control that aggression and put it into learning, lifting and bettering yourself. Do what you can to get back into school. If that fails, read, read and read some more. It’s a worthwhile challenge to be stronger than the rest of the population. It’s as wothwhile if not moreso to be SMARTER than those around you.
I don’t know you but I want the best for you. Remember that you don’t always need to keep score. And you sure as hell don’t always need to EVEN the score. I’m all for kicking ass when there are no other logical options. However, walking away when appropriate takes more courage than beating someone’s ass. It wont feel that way for years to come but it will.
And as for me being “beastly”… Thanks, that was funny. I don’t see myself that way at ALL. I’m proud of my accomplishments. I’m proud to be natural (not preaching here) but there ARE a bunch of guys smarter than I, larger than I and stronger than I. When someone lifts close to what I have and I see thier bodyweight is 40-50 lbs less, it makes me feel not so “beastly”.
So keep things in perspective. Learn as much as you can from as many sources as you can. And show respect for those that have walked the earth longer than you. And accomplished more that you.
By the way, if your thread came off as you being repentant, you would’ve gotten a much different reaction. If you had asked for advice on what to do, “Oh-oh, I screwed up. I got kicked out of school. What can I do so I don’t end up ruining my future”. That kind of thing.
It’s hard being a teenager. You’re trying to find a place in this world, to see where you’ll fit. Let me tell you, the thug life cannot be fun. I see you headed there and it’s not good.
There are two ways you can earn respect and find a place for yourself. One way is to be violent, cocky and “bad”. The other way is never letting that toughness show. Never using your strength to be a bully. Be a “strong, silent type”. Become someone who people want to be around. Someone who makes people feel better for having met you.
Get as strong, mean and tough as you can. Then sit back, wait for the time you can use that strength to HELP someone. That’ll be the payoff. Not swapping blood with some shithead that’s not worth your time.

Thanks you sound suspiciously like a Motivational Speaker
derek, good advice, n3wb, don’t be so cocky. A lot of good advice along with some BS has been thrown your way on this thread. Everyone makes mistakes learn from yours and you will be the better for it.
You are right about one thing this is the Internet. A lot of guys lift little, but post much and are quick to criticize when their numbers don’t often back it up.
Take care,
D

Interesting.

Capitalization. Grammar. Spelling. Punctuation. Sentence structure. A few new things you seem unwilling (unable?) to learn.
It’s always nice when people take care of the work for you by defining themselves.
