Damaged Sexual Health from Deca/Tren Use

When I injected myself with triptorelin, I was told not to do too many shots close together. I don’t know any time frame or anything, just remember being told that.

I’m under the same impression as well. I gave it 30 between shots. From my previous experience, it’s effects wear off in 30 days.

That’s why I got bloodwork done to see what’s going on. I have a feeling my test isn’t low. I have taken trip and experienced zero libido or ed benefit in the past. So we’ll see what the results say when they get back.

From my research and i have only just started.

Triptorelin you dont need to use clomid or nolva with pct this can work against it.

You only need 1 100mg shot and then let yourself recover.

You can take hcg while having the triptorelin.

Multiple shots at high doeses is a method of chemical castration

I repeat multiple shots at high doeses is a method of chemical castration

This is what I was worried about for OP. 3 that close together sounds suss

Yea i think his doses would be to low for actual castration. However, the multiple shots within a short period may have the body a bit confused.

Recommending blood work to be done. Its the only way to see what’s happening

Yeah only 100mcg. I’m not sure what’s going on but I’ll wait for bloodwork to get back. Other than that I’m praying that things get better.

@physioLojik hey, do you think hydrocortisone will helps while off trt?

He’s currently travelling in Asia

So the past three months I decided to get back into my old hobby of boxing. I gave up the body building lifestyle and I want to focus on health. I’ve been training every day and I’m getting in much better cardiovascular health and I’ve improved my boxing skills (I’ve always been a pretty decent boxer). I’m at a point where I want to compete in amateur competitions.

Anyway, I registered with USA boxing and all they need from me now is a physical stating that I’m healthy to box. I sent the form to my doctor and she won’t sign off on it because apparently the echocardiogram I had done last year had an abnormal reading. Something the cardiologists office never told me about!!!

My left ventricle has an ejection fraction of 45% which is below normal. 55-60% is considered normal. This means my left ventricle is only pumping out 45% of the blood that is in it. Meaning it’s weaker. I’ve been reading and this is pretty common among steroid users. When I got the echocardiogram I was about 4 months off of hard steroid use for 3 years. I’m sure it’s not too crazy to see that my left ventricle was weaker. But I never followed up and never got it checked cause I didn’t even know.

Anyway, could this be part of what’s causing erectile dysfunction? Maybe my hearts been weaker? I figure it must of recovered over time but I don’t know.

It might have an affect on ur ed but diffinitly not ir libido.
How is ur libido now a days? Any update?

It’s baseline. Not terrible but not great. I’m about 3 months off trt and I came off without pct or any drugs.

Do you have cardiomyopathy by any chance? 45% is low, even by steroid abuse standards, you might want to go visit a cardiologist before this develops into full on heart failure. I believe the average LVEF for a steroid abuser (after years of abuse, while on cycle) is around 49-52% (studies differ, as a matter of fact in one study using elite bodybuilders the average LVEF was 56%, however pronounced LVH and subclinical cardiac dysfunction was still detected) @physiolojik may have more insight on as to whether 45% is a normal LVEF for a bodybuilder

Lifestyle also plays a large role as to how much damage one’s heart will acquire

Firstly I’ll ask you

  • what doses did you use (what was the highest dose you used of all compounds)
  • how many cycles did you run in total
  • did you use support supps on and off cycle
  • recreational drug use, do you, or did you use any of the following (cocaine, amphetamines including methamphetamine, ephedrine, beta 2 agonists, tobacco, excess caffiene, frequent, heavy consumption of alcohol

Partial recovery may be possible following prolonged abstinence of AAS, full recovery may be possible if no actual fibrosis (scar tissue) has developed due to cardiac myocyte apoptosis

Anyways be careful, I have a stress test coming up. You’re LVEF makes me a bit concerned haha. I don’t want to have a LVEF of below 50%, then again I’ve never used more than 250mg/wk, I’m 99.9% positive I’m in the clear. Always that .01% chance tho.

Hey man, thanks for your response.

When I spoke with the nurse she was saying it’s low but not too low. From a quick google search I thought I saw bodybuilders were coming back at about 45%.

But I also did research into athletes in general and it seems that in some athletes have a low resting EF. It could be from an enlargement of the left ventricle. Which is what I assume steroid users would be the same.

I’m going March 4th to get a muga scan so we will see where I’m at. I’m in great physical condition. I’ve been running 5 miles easily and pushing myself to extremes in the gym with boxing workouts. Who knows.

To answer your question, no recreational drugs. I used to party and drink a lot, at times 3 times a week but that’s it.

My highest doses of test were 750mg/wk, tren 500mg/wk, masteron 500mg/wk etc. I’ve taken all three in a stack. I’ve done multiple cycles some heavier than others.

Out of curiousity did you drink a lot on cycle? Getting drunk 3x/wk is quite frequent

Yes.

I know been some time since you posted this but was wondering how you’ve got on bro? Hope all is well

What’s up man.

I’ve been doing really well for the most part. I’ve had periods where I felt like everything was back to normal. But I’m also having periods where I feel no sex drive at all. I go through ups and downs. It seems that the downs have become less and less and the ups have become more and more.

Although, things took a weird turn a month ago. I lost all sex drive and haven’t regained it yet. Prior to that I had about 4 weeks where my sex drive was very high. It’s really weird man. I’m currently waiting it out and hoping that things will turn around.

I’m at 9 months since quitting trt. What I did this time, is I didn’t use any pct. I occasionally used torem but it was not immediately after going off. I have felt the best I ever have in a recovery without using pct. it took a little while but I was patient this time. I really was able to remove the stress and depression out of my life and stayed positive. I truly believed that this would work and surely enough, things started to slowly progress. It is extremely slow progress. Feels like almost nothing, but over time, things started to get better. I’ve even gotten back to going out with girls and was having sex regularly. I was using Levitra of course but I was very horny and erections were great.

Like I said, it’s been a lot of ups and downs. I’m hoping things will get better. My goal is to have sex drive more consistently. I believe it’s going to take over 12 months to achieve that. I don’t know if I will ever reach a point where I can have full blown sex without any help, but I’m ok with that. As long as I have the desire and I can pursue a relationship with a woman and I can do my part as a man, I will be forever grateful.

Long way to go. Morale is pretty low at the moment and I’m starting to feel the stress associated with no libido, but I am going to wait it out. So far that has worked for me and hopefully it will continue to work.

Ahh man sucks that this has been a bad month for you but glad it all started to get better!! I was recently taking ZMA tablets daily, clean citicoline cdp and sulbutiamine which helped a lot I must admit but came off it few weeks back cause started to get brain fog from it and apparently shouldn’t stay on too long because body gets used to it and then needs higher doses to work which isn’t good . I’m not 100% yet but currently roughly at 60% which is massive considering 0% before doing it. Even maintained the 60% after coming off that stuff so please with that! If I find out anything more bud that helps I’ll be sure to share it with you and anyone else reading.

Sulbutamine and cdp choline is probably the only supplement I’ve taken that I can say it’s worth giving a shot.

If you haven’t already bro, add vitamin d at 6000-8000iu daily. I believe that was the biggest help out of anything I’ve taken. I’m on and off of it, but usually I feel better sexually when I’m on vitamin d.

Glad you’re making progress bro, take your time and be patient. Things will work out

How’s it going man ? Any updates
