I will sub out the dbell bench and dips I do in krypteia for burpees.
Otherwise, bench and press stay as planned. I can normally handle volume ok, just will need to up the band pull aparts to keep the shoulders happy.
I would think if you did the burpees either at the end of your session, or at the opposite end of the day to the gym, you should be fine. If you keep the pace even with a few seconds between each rep they wont tax the chest that much.

Didnt do krypteia tonight, did:
114 burpees in 14:04, to bring my daily total to 175.
Then, tested front squat. Hit a solid 120x1, failed 140kg. Guess it can only go up ![]()

Ok, got off the rails a bit, details not for on here but chose family over fitness yesterday because it was the priority. I could have done both but i havent reach Pwn levels yet.
So back on the track. I have to now do 185 burpees a day to stay on track for the challenge.

Wife had a chat with me last week about working out after work when i should be spending time with the family. Its a fair point, but I’m very out of the habit of waking up early enough to work out, so this will be a bit of a transition.
