This was after a 24hr fast today, so this was hard.
Been a chaotic week.
Had 3 days of no training, my family needed me more than i needed to lift. We made some real life altering decision in those few days.
Yesterday i got a 45min walk in with my daughter, today i was all on track to loft after work and my daughter ended up in hospital. So the best laid plans..
Oh well, life gives you deloads. Back on it tomorrow.

Daughter is ok, infection but they’re getting on top of it. Just throws you for a loop when the only thing a normally very (hyper?) active child wants to do is lie against you.
The other stuff is church related. Its complicated. It will take some time to work out what happens.
Yeah. This will scare the crap out of you. I hope she is back to running circles around you soon.

Well Bubs is home and mum is home so the ship has somewhat righted.
