Cycling Slin

Whats the best way for cycling slin? IU per day and so forth. Ive researched alot about this and have found that 10 carbs per IU is the “standard” 4 weeks on 4 weeks off. i have a friend who swears only on your 4 heavy lift days.
Any comments or experience?

Only advice I’d offer is to do everything you can to keep your insulin sensitivity good.

If you’re wanting to keep your insulin sensitivity intact then don’t take it if you’re fat or possibly even have a gut. The weight thing matters bc if youre fat you already have bad insulin sensitivity and shooting up will make it that much worse.

If youre in decent shape then have at it , 4 on 4 off or a bit longer off if you like.
