I’ve been contemplating whether or not to follow the diet prescribed by Cy’s article and bring my cal intake so low: Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION
This seems a little drastic and more geared towards huge guys who are already lean. Im 5’10" 195LBS and around 20% body fat.
My cycle is as follows: prop 100 EOD, tren 75 EOD, winny 50mg ED, clen cycle peaking at 100mg ED 2 weeks on 2 weeks off…with an EC stack on the off weeks.
Currently following P90X…and adding cardio(incline walk for 30 min) 3x a week.
My objective is to get ripped in 12 weeks, but spare as MUCH muscle as possible. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
