225g chicken breast + 50g basmati rice + 1 apple

Meal 2
225g chicken breat + veggies

Meal 3
225g chicken breast + veggies

Meal 4 ( Pre Workout )
225g chicken breast + 50g basmati rice + veggies

Meal 5 ( whey Shake After training )
50g Whey Protein Shake

Meal 6 ( Post Workout )
225g chicken breast + 50g basmati rice + veggies

Meal 7
250g cottage cheese low fat

TOTAL:
Proteins: 335g
Carbs: 150g
Fats: 12g
CALORIES: ~2100cals

5x week weight training ( 1 body part per week, volume type ), 7x cardio ( 5x 40min after training session, 2x 60min ).

AAS:
Test Prop 40mg ed
Tren Ace 50mg ed
Winny 50mg ed
T3 75mcg ed

Any sugesstions?

Diet: You need more fats (in my opinion), as well as some variety in your protein sources. Variety is good, i.e. Fish, Beef etc.
Training: I hope you mean 1 body part per session. Thats a lot of cardio weekly, what is your current BF%?

Dont junp right into this, start lowering calories and increasing cardio gradually, start with 15min post workout.

So maybe something like this:

3x week: Chest Day, Shoulders Day, Arms Day Training

Proteins: 340g
Carbs: 130g
Fats: 50g
Calories: ~2350 + Veggies

2x week: Legs Day, Back Day

Proteins: 340g
Carbs: 250g
Fats: 0g
Calories: ~2350 + Veggies

2x week: Cardio Day

Proteins: 340g
Carbs: 90g
Fats: 65g
Calories: ~2350 + Veggies

No leg day?!?!?!?! Revisit your diet and training, dont look into AAS quite yet.

i’m not sure if you’re trying to carb cycle or what, but 90 grams of carbs is pretty worthless, IMO. it’s not enough to drop you into ketosis, but too low to really provide much energy.

i don’t know if you’re trying to cut for a BB show, or just to be lean in general, but your training plan should reflect your goals. it’s hard to critique the training plan, because it’s so vague, as to what your regimen actually is.

the AAS plan looks decent… i suppose you could add in salbutemol or clen as well, but it depends more on your overall goal/plan…

as far as the T3, your cycle should prevent you from losing muscle, and here’s a study with 75 mcg/T-3 a day:

I’m going to skip your critique on your diet and let everyone else aid you in that department.

As for the gear, it seems they must’ve left that part for me. You didn’t state how long your AAS use was. A suggestion would be to dose your Prop at dose that isn’t so unorthodox. I’d say 50mg ED or 25mg ED. I think you’ll do fine with 50mg ED. As with the Tren I’d lower it to 25mgs ED. It seems this is your first time using Tren ( or AAS in total). You will see some nice results on 25mg ED if your Tren is legit.

I would also drop the Winny and T3. You’re over doing it. You’re not getting ready for a comp or anything. You are already using an ideal Test for cutting as well as Tren, a potent as drug that will raise your metabolism significantly. The rest is diet and exercise man. AAS is just a boost. Sorry if that’s not what you want to here. Good luck with your goals.
