What’s up with pissing in the guys thread? Stop being an ass.
I’ll second that!

Third here…
I cannot believe this guy. He seems to have a big hard on for Grey in other threads too. The fact that he came here only to piss is the defintion of troll.
He’s not willing to create his own thread. He knows what will happen. Cheap tough talk is overrated.

I read somewhere that skinny people are supposed to be happy people.
I also know by experience that people who consider themselves bodybuilders actually has a decent physique.
Now what i know about you is that you are a skinny man who claims to be a bodybuilder and by the content of your posts, is neither happy nor has a decent physique.
What you seem to enjoy is making crude insults and one line pot shots.
I would focus that anger in the gym.
It has always helped me.
So either start being jolly or gain some weight. You are confusing people in a big way.
Cheers. PNP.[/quote]

Grey, you don’t need to justify yourself to this pole smoker. Let us take care of that for you!
You are a respectable member here, and just like it frequently happens to me, some of the little boys have the need to see if they can make us bleed a little. Don’t give them any satisfaction.
I am curious… can you guys recommend a good starting point for a female in the Over 35 group that wants to get cut for summer too? There is so much information on this site its overwhelming. Anyone who has achieved proven success and has a favorite eating plan and fat reduction workout you can recommend, I’d greatly appreciate it.
Now that it seems the rain has stopped her in the Bay Area, I need to get cracking on my fat padding.

Hey Roland,
whats with the cut and paste of a rant you have used before? whats the matter, did ya think that you might forget some of the stuff that you have said you do?
Now that I’m back and hopefully the army of trolls has been hacked to death I can get on with my thread.
I never realised how upset some people can get. No worries. I’m sure we can all filter out the wheat from the chaff.
Anyway. I just got back from 10 days holiday (and saw some unusual posts by me) and am happy to say that I lost some of the remaining fat on the stomach and even gained some size. I’m at about 225 and getting pretty lean. I will post some pictures within a week. I basically ate tons of protein and green vegetables. It was all you can eat with lamb, fish, steak, chicken, turkey, veal at every meal and boy did i ever load up. Breakfast was 6 harboiled egg whites and some toast (basically the only high gi carbs i ate).
I wanted to mention an interesting thing that has really made me think.
This hotel that we stayed at is the second largest in the world meaning that in order to go anyplace you had to do alot of walking. I usually drive everywhere i go during the day and only get my cardio in a couple of times a week for about half an hour.
All of a sudden I found myself walking to the gym and to the beach and to meals or to the room…that were all spaced at least 5 minutes walk away from each other. I started noticing after the 3rd day that my stomach and sides were visually dissapearing and couldn’t figure out why. Then it hit me…I was walking a collective hour and a half a day just getting from a to b to c.
That’s all it took to get the bf numbers moving in the right direction.
Presto-change-o and you get slimmer.
I’ve gotta figure out how to incorporate that into real life without losing my mind.
