198 Lbs
11% Bf
2 and a half years of lifting experience
I got out of my first 10 week beginner cycle 1 month ago. Test-E and D-bol. I gained a fair amount and retained most of it.
Now I think it’s time to get shredded. My goal is 7% Bf, and to reach this goal I have to loose approx. 8 lbs of fat. But I am crazy about loosing lean mass, I mean really crazy.
My question is:
I’m planning a 4 to 5 week cutting cycle and right after that a 7 week conservative bulking cylce.
Like this:
Weeks 1-5
Test- Propionate 500mg/wk (eod)
Tren. Ace. 350 mg/wk (eod)
Arimidex as ai
Weeks 5-7
2 weeks of upping calories gradually (switching from cutting to bulking)
Weeks 7-10
Test-propionate 500mg/wk (eod) (i might switch to a longer ester)
Dianabol 40mg/wk (ed)
Mesterolone 25mg (ed) (not certain)
For PCT, I’ve got my bases covered.
I know it is not a good idea to be in a caloric surplus right after cutting.Because of that I’ll up my cals gradually over a 2 week period. My bulk will be very conservative, I know it’s not optimal, but still, it’s a bulk.Maybe a 500 cals. surplus.
The only reason for my bulk is the fear that I’ll look smaller (even though ripped) after my cut.I want to compensate for that.
I thougt about first bulking then cutting, but then there’s the risk of loosing the newly gained lean mass. At least this way there is noting to loose, only the probability of regaining fat.
