Ok Dark Iron. I think you know your mistakes better than us, and even with those mistakes you made a great debut. Next time just make sure to give enough weeks to your prep, making sure you come at about 3%, with the best conditioning/vascularity possible (now that’s redundant). You have probably added a bit of more size, maybe your legs need a bit more, because your upper body is thick as hell.
looking damn good, i am trying to get into my first show in may. how did you drop so much weight? what was your diet like? i can use pointers to help drop weight. Mine stays around 218 to 220. id like to be 198 atmost. Keep it up though. looking great. hate to compete against you.

Regarding you at that top tier level I think you could bring up your chest. I think you should place a little more emphasis on the lower pecs to really get that separation (looking at the latest pic).

Very impressive mass and detail in your delts, arms, and back. And it looks like you are getting that nice separation in your quads now. Other than nutrition, what do you credit for the improvement in your legs?
