A couple of suggestions…

You may want to try splitting protein and fat calories 50/50.

Depending how well your body handles carbs you may want to lower carbs on some of your workout days, if you don’t handle carbs that well.

Are you sure you need a refeed every saturday? Try a refeed every 2 weeks.

You’ve been cutting for 12 weeks, soon it might be time to ease off the diet for a week if you feel really stuck.

With that being said, the way I like to cut is to come up with a base plan, which is usually low in carbs.
I check my progress every 2 weeeks and if I’m not making progress or didn’t make enough progress I either cut calories by a few hundred, increase activity, or a combination of both. After atleast a month I will add in HOT-ROX at 1 per day, increasing to the full dose over the course of 2 weeks. I will drop the HOT-ROX after 4-6 weeks and then restart in 2 weeks if I’m doing a longer duration cut.
I’ve been kicking around the idea idea of HOT-ROX…do they really make you sweat your balls off though? I work in an office and don’t want to be a pile of slop while working
I don’t have any issues with sweating while on HOT-ROX. I gave them to my fiance following the same dose ramping protocol and she did notice increased persperation during the first week. But it wasn’t like a dripping wet sweat, she felt warmer and had a little persperation. She was 116 pounds and never used a stimulant in her life.

We both noticed positive effects in the mirror. HOT-ROX helped get her past a plateau she was stuck at.

Hmm interesting.

I’m also thinking of dropping calories on my conditioning days. I don’t do long workouts, they last maybe 25 minutes, it’s just explosive stuff like plyo box jumps & tabatas…I feel like keeping my calories at 2300 or the same as when I have my more grueling weighted workouts kind of defeats the purpose.

well cutting fat seems to be working, down to 212 this morning.

You might wanna take a look here regarding high protein intake:

I am leery of that happening tolis, that’s why every now and then (mid week usually) post workout I’ll have some brown rice. Plus I don’t think 100g on 4 of my training days is very low carb to be honest, I doubt I’m in danger of ending up with protein being an energy source,
