actually otw to the gym as we speak but nah bro my feeling weren’t hurt i took down a lot of the advice that was given and did my research and honestly i just need lift more and build muscle like you said i need to lean out because im 178 but my body fat is 18% if i keep loosing weight ill just be skinny fat so imma stay on a 1800 deficit and get my protein intake and limit cardio and lift as much as i can
lifting and my correct protein is something u lacked so thats why im on the way onto being skinny fat but i think i got the right idea of being on a deficit of 1800 for 12weeks and then imma work my way to my maintenance for 4weeks and ofc during this period of time making my lifts more and more and getting 10k steps daily and if im wrong lmk but i think thats what imma go by based off my weight and percentage
It sounds like you’re asking my advice so I’ll give it.
You’re not going to look like someone who can throw some weight around without throwing some weight around.
So, I would recommend running Phraks Greyskull LP until you’re having to reset every 2 weeks. You should be getting damn near 1,000lb club by the time this happens.

There is nothing inherently better about this program than others, except that you will progress your weights faster with this than any other program, and that its very well balanced.
Regarding your plan to lose fat, as long as you’re getting 1g/lb bodyweight of protein, the rest doesnt matter.
If you’re losing less than 1lb/wk, add 5 minutes of cardio daily.
Unless you’ve been DEXA scanned, your bodyfat % is probably wrong. Even if it wasn’t, chasing arbitrary numbers is, well, arbitrary. Chase a look, not a number
Check in with yourself every 2-4 weeks with pictures. Even if the scale doesn’t change, your pictures should.
And if neither the scale nor pictures are improving, you’ve got data points to start questioning “why”.
Start a training log if you think the added accountability will help.
