I grew up just north of the Siskiyous and can vouch for that.
Now I think everything from Redding to Roseburg needs to be its own State. Ashland should be buried under 20’ of lava though. Ever hear of the State of Jefferson?
Cheeeeeeecoooooooo!

Oregon is, for the most part, just an extra 5 hours of shit to drive through when you want to get from Seattle to NorCal.
Tell us how you really feel, Jack!

Mostly kidding. I once drove a little crotch rocket from Chico to Tacoma in one shot, and then back 2 days later. It was 105 when I left, and it rained on me for 5 hours in Oregon both ways. I really grew to hate the drive on that trip–it damn near broke me mentally and physically.

haha…Burger King is often my go-to meal after squatting . 3 double c-burgers and a choco shake is something like 2400 calories and 60 grams protien…and plenty of carbs. then it’s nap time .

seen a younger guy a couple weeks back box-squatting…wasnt staring at him , but pretty sure it was 4 wheels and change per side . 3 or 4 sets of about 5 per set . at a YMCA . quite impressed .

I have had to wait for squat rack curlers all the time.

Im a little type but once I work past 315 usually I get the rack to myself.
so selfish.

all you left coasters.
geez.

Sounds like my gym. Hardly anyone squats, but theres certainly no endless supply of curlers.

Almost right. Mine has racing stripes.

Question:

Should butt buddies be called “freinemas?”

Hmmm, not sure. What about “froopers”?

Got in late from the trip. Too frazzled from the flight to sleep and appetite down so I didn’t eat. Just happy I could do the same weights today even if I couldn’t keep to the set progression schedule. Once I settle down and eat it’ll get right again.

I hope by now you’ve eaten something and slept alot. Not that no rest/no food seems to hurt you much.

Thats damn good work on short reat and no food. I couldn’t do it.

Bench is pretty solid for this bodyweight, but still pathetic.

Squat is okay. Back was tired from yesterday.

BTN PP was easier than in the past

Ab wheel doesn’t wreck me anymore.

Sure you could. All you have to do is lose about 30 I.Q. points like me and it’s easy.

Don’t let the old fox fool you.

He’s now down a full weight class at 181 and will be putting up some good numbers soon I’ll bet.

You could have wrote that and it would have crushed most of us…

nice work lots of volume.

I think Im not to far from 180 either

Powerlifting should be a damned Olympic sport already.

Never gonna happen til it’s all back to raw. To many plys, wraps, and federations. Couple this with the fact that the International Oly Committee is still dominated by Europeans and the chances are slim.

This is the best log title yet!

I’m with Kimba. I like the new title, Tony.
