Just some online ones for virtualmeet.net. There’s an Oly lift meet April 2. Never done any oly lifting, but I think once I hit my BP and OHP targets I’m going to do that as a regular thing.
Then there’s another PL virtual meet two weeks later for which I’m trying to get my abysmal bench press up now.

It does. Ever since my back injury my lower back has been the weak link in the chain. The belt is providing enough support that my surprisingly strong ass and hamstrings can do their work. I’m really amazed at what I’ve been able to do with that belt on.

160 1x10 sets (20 sec rest between presses)
Snatches were ugly. Many were pressed out rather than caught. All were power snatches. I’m learning the right positioning for and through the first pull and starting to get set right for the second pull. Starting to get the thigh bump, if there is such a thing.
