This is probably old news to lots of readers, but I’m wondering about your thoughts of the benefits/risks of peptide therapy for healthy guys over 50 years old with no pre-existing conditions.
General thoughts about peptides in healthy individuals is what I’m curious about, but also about the benefits of BPC-157 and TB-500.
I’m in my early 40’s but I’ve used a few peptides. Some with success, others not so much.
BPC-157 did nothing for me. I hear it can be beneficial for acute injuries but can’t speak to it.
I’ve used Sermorelin and cjc1295/ipamorelin.
Nothing drastic or rapid, but both aided in muscle recovery and over time my joints felt better in general, were less creaky and didn’t scream as much under heavy weight.
As an added bonus, Sermorelin made me sleep like a baby.
I did have to get haircuts and trim my fingernails much more frequently, so something was happening, and I’m sure it was happening in my joints too as additional evidence beyond the feeling.
If you use them make sure to research their effect on insulin & blood sugar and cycle.
