Today’s Workout:
Cycle 1, Week 3 (Workout 3 of 4)
Back Squat: Warmup, 170x5, 195x3, 215x7
Leg Press (machine): 115x5, 130x5, 145x5, 160x5, 175x5, 190x5
Leg Extensions: Sets ramping up to MFP (5 reps)
The time off showed today with only 7 reps of 215 after a good showing with 195 last workout.

Started the second cycle of 5/3/1 rather than a deload because of my time off. Also started with bench press as the first day this time.
Cycle 2, Week 1, Workout 1 of 4
Bench Press: Warmup, 135x5, 145x5, 160x11 (not bad, but still not the best I can be)
Strict Pullups (Wide grip): 10, 8, 8, 7
Low Incline DB Press: 60x5, 65x5, 75x5
Chest - Supported Rows: 3 sets of 5 with hard squeeze
“Fly” pushups: 15, 15, 15
DB Shrugs (with squeeze at top): 90x10, 90x10, 90x10
Still not feeling as good as I was before, but I’m trying to get back into the swing of things here at school.
