CT Carb Cycling ?

Hey Christian,

simple question: I am trying to follow your carb cycling regimen.
Could you please advise me on my timing of meals? I have to get up at around 6:30am. I work out at 12:30 3 days a week, split. Just wondering what to use for the extra time I have in the morning vs. your 10:00 am workout plan.
Also, on the days off training what do you substitute for the immediate post, and 90 minute post workout meals? Please advise me on this, as I would like to start asap.
