Critique My Nutrition

I’ve been reading and taking as much advice and I can from this forum and have revised my previously shitty diet into a somewhat better one but can probably still use some work. I currently feel breakfast and dinner aren’t bad but lunch certainly is lacking. I’m also an a pescatarian diet and I’m trying to cutout as much sugar as possible, wheat, and as much processed foods as possible. I also think I should add oatmeal to my evening meal.

Here’s my day:

530am - wake up
545am (maybe 6) - begin workout, either weight lifting or conditioning depending on the day
830am - eat breakfast, 3/4lbs wild salmon, 1 large sweet potato cut and baked, 2 eggs scrambled with milk and olive oil, shake (1 - 1 1/2 scoop Optimum nutrition pro complex and 1 scoop garden of life perfect food with milk)
1pm - lunch 1 large bowl of soba noodles, a kind bar and/or lara bar, shake (1 - 2 scoops Optimum nutrition pro complex, 2 scoops garden of life perfect food, some bcaa powder, a bit of nordic naturals ultimate omega, milk, kefir).
6pm - 4 eggs, vegetable dumplings or equivalent serving of vegetables
730 (or 8) - Yoga or Martial arts practice
10pm - bedtime shake (1 - 2 scoops Optimum nutrition pro complex with milk)

I also stay hydrated throughout the day with coconut water and kombucha tea

Uhm…how much do you weigh…how tall are you…what are your goals.

Most REALLY serious bodybuilders weigh and measure their food so that they can get pretty accurate macro counts.

That said… I can read about the foods you select and that’s all well and good…but, I can’t tell you shit unless I know your calories/macros …and then your stats and goals depending on such…

You’re right:

Weight: 150lb, Height 5’10", Goal: 180lbs lean as possible doing a slow and steady bulk so I don’t just get fat and have to cut. Once I hit my weight goal I just want to get as strong as possible without significant change in weight. 3 Months ago I weighed 135ish

All meals plus shakes:

Calories: 3000
Fat: 110
Protein: 270
Carbs: 170

Stats (all 3 sets 5 reps):

Squat: 200lbs
DL: 265
BP: 150
OP: 90

Looks good…IMO.
I calculate 2,750 cal. total ??
Your protein may be a little high and the carbs a little low for your body weight, but that is easy to ‘tweak’ as you go.

Do you gain fat easily? Have you gained noticeable fat since weighing 135?

Chances are once you hit 180, you won’t be satisfied, just saying.

I can’t say I’ve noticed any significant amount of fat, but I know I didn’t gain 15 pounds of learn muscle in 3 months. I want to get my size up but because I practice yoga and martial arts once I get around my desired weight I’m going to focus more on strength to weight ratio

Well then just keep doing what you’re doing and dont be surprised if you may need to eat more cals to keep gaining weight.

That should never be a surprise, it is how it works!
