Hey guys, I’m going to be cutting soon so I devised this program and was wondering if you guys can chime in on it. I’m going to focus a lot on low volume and high intensity. I’m going to be on a strict diet with minimal carb consumption so I can’t get my volume too high.
Most of my exercises are going to be compound movements and ill be training 3x a week with total body split.
