Critique Me?

Well. Thanks for the offer. It wouldnt hurt to take the program but, I’m going to stick with Chris’ 3 day split for a while to see where that gets me. I know where my diet needs to be, I am almost spot on… I just need to maintain discipline on off days and make sure I eat enough.

As far as body fat. I think as I add muscle I have become less self concious of the fat. It isnt that much, but I would like to cut it before summer.
As far as strength, I certainly dont think I am strong by standards here, but not weak. I’m growing, that is what counts.

I think a lot of these posts are unnecessarily harsh, you’re not a 250lb ball of striated muscle yet, and that’s fine. You’re moving in the right direction as a beginner, and that’s the most important thing. As long as you keep progressing; keep it up.
