Hello everyone, I’m a newbie and a long time lurker, currently preparing for a first cycle and I would appreciate any advice and opinions by more experienced dudes here.
I will start the cycle probably in 3 months, once I aquire all the substances (only missing about 20% now, on the way already)
THE CYCLE
-10 weeks test c 500mg a week (twice a week 250 mg)
-6 week Tbol 40 mg a week (kickstart + added gains)
-6 week ostarine 25 mg a day (added gains, better healing including joints…)
-7 week rad140 20 mg a day (shown in studies to enhance gains and significantly help reduce steroids side effects on the prostate and organs)
-1.5 mg arimidex a week increase if needed, ending 4 days before pct
PCT
(dosage increased at beggining and decreased at the end, expecting 4 weeks)
nolva 100 + clomid 40 + mk677 (starting 2 weeks before PCT and continuing for 8-10 months, dose 50 mg, if too unbearable lower to 25 mg)
LIVER SUPPORT
milk thistle 200 mg a day starting 2 weeks before cycle, ending 2 weeks after PCT.
- 2 other supplements including various vitamins and such sold for liver health (basically the stuff like all the extra liver support boxes have, except not sold for bodybuilding therefore quarter the price)
Now this is a fairly complex cycle (while still being not too harsh for a newbie presumably), but my workouts, nutrition and sleep is on point and I already have most of the stuff except the SARMS that are coming. I appreciate any responses and thanks for reading. And yes, once the cycle starts I WILL start a log.
Additional info about me:
I’m 21 (I know, not Ideal, but I’m prepared and not planning any more cycle in the near future)
I’m lifting for 5 years, but consider myself more of a kickboxer than a bodybuilder, since kickboxing is why I started (kickboxing for 9 years), but I love both honestly. This is one of the reasons I won’t probably be doing much more cycles, if any, since I’am not looking to be huge, just have this experience and improve my performance all around long term. (since it’s been proven that athletes benefit from steroid usage for very long time after stopping)
The mk677 I’m doing for so long party for increased bone density and limb size, I know it’s a stretch but might be good for an edge, since I compete in the highest weight class in my country, while being on the lower end of the it.
I don’t smoke, drink or have a social life outside of girlfriend and family ![]()
This whole cycle is a bit of a “gift from myself to myself” for getting, even if late to my dream college where I live.
My weight is currently 216 pounds, cca 12-16% body fat. (purely assuming from deffinition) I know it’s good, but I recently made it to super heavyweight and that sucks being so light, so I get my ass kicked in fights now, I do it for fun so whatevher, but it kinda sucks, also I’m not that muscular in bodybuilding standarts, I have very heavy posture (wide wrist etc)
