Yeah. That’s pretty gross looking. Lol.

Baked drumsticks, roasted butternut squash, homemade mac and cheese, and chocolate brownie cake with chocolate ganache icing.
This may be my new favorite way to cook butternut squash. Jed even liked it!

Well, the squash might be healthy but the rest of it is questionable

You’re very welcome!

Here would be my crime:

Chicken drumsticks- wonderful. Lean protein, fun to eat, done perfectly.

Butter nut squash- a ton of vitamins & minerals in every bite!

Mac & cheese- Tasty carbs & flavor to keep you pumped. :face_savoring_food:.

Then I’d Eat At Least Half Of That Cake!!!. ← thats how I get me, every damn time!

I tried a “protein bread”. It’s similar to banana bread. I thought it was done (it’s still gooey) and the part that was done got a “Meh” from my son. Might try it again with either mini chocolate chips or banana.

Chris just posted a new recipe. I will try it if I remember to pick up almond butter.

Ground chicken breast burger on Asiago cheese bread and air fryer potato wedges. Jed wanted just cheese and I opted for avocado and spicy yum-yum sauce on mine.

That looks good!

If you’re ever looking for a victim to torture with the commission of these crimes, I’m like a legit masochist for this type of stuff.

And weld spatter. Nothing better for the appetite than a shower of molten metal.

Thanks! Our local meat market makes the ground chicken breast. It is about the same consistency as ground beef. It’s not ground as fine as the stuff at HEB. It makes a pretty good burger.

Lol. I do have people that give me shit for what we eat. No, we don’t eat a ton of fruit. No, we don’t like collard greens, turnip greens, kale or boiled okra.

Same people drive 50+ miles to eat Whataburger, Chik Fil A, pizza etc…

Same people that give me shit for buying olive and avocado oil instead of vegetable oil because it’s too expensive. :woman_shrugging:

I agree on all points.

So, morons?

Pretty much.

Thats insane. You hit the marks they don’t even know exist.

As I’m fond of saying- “Just because you don’t know what I’m doing doesn’t mean that I don’t”.

Feel free to use that as you see fit.

Don’t eat fruit, people lose their minds. Eat “Froot Loops” for breakfast: no one bats an eye.

It’s not worth having the approval of others.

After getting rid of all our probably-toxic nonstick pans, I simply don’t even try anymore. The wife and I did enjoy our “scrambled omelettes” for a while, tho.

No idea how that gets more watery, but try cream of buckwheat. I wrote about it here.

Sorry to ruin the vibe of the thread with decently photographed food. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: Although using chocolate protein powder did give it a cat-poop look…
