Creatine: Pre or Post-Workout?

Pre or post workout? One or the other or should I do half dose before and half dose after?

Also, when do you take bcaa’s? Pre, post or during?

i take half before, half after, but i don’t think it really matters as long as you keep some in your socks at all times.

5 grams before and 5 grams after.

Get some AAKG powder (cheap), take 5-10 grams before gym also

Creatine mono and AAKG powders are cheap - dont waste your money on sugar creatines and combo products IMO

Not necessary. Just pick up some Biotest creatine from the store here (cheap, free shipping) and don’t sweat all the details.
