Creatine Pills?

I know the liquids don’t work or are junk, but what about the pills? I’ve been taking the plain powder for a while now and I’m getting tired of it. I have a very busy lifestyle and would love to just pop some pills each day to stay loaded.

Give the Ester creatine pills a shot. I think you’ll like the effect you will receive from them. A good one I use is CE2.

Ive heard that their not good at all and that the powder is far better. I took the pills for a while and got little effect then tried the powder and got good gains but it might of just been the brand of the pills. Ill try and find some research on it.

According to Cy, you want to avoid the time-released Creatine tablets.

If they’re just capsules containing powder, then they should be fine.

I agree that although the price will be much higher, caps should yield the same effect as powder.

Cheers

There was an article a while back (I think it was by Christian Thibaudeau) where he talked about taking 5g only after working out. The reason for this is because you piss out quite a bit when youre taking it everyday. Something about you make approx. 1g, and eat approx. 1g per day. This leaves room for an additional gram to be supplemented. Any more than that is excreted.

What about that Kre-Alkalyn capsule stuff? Anyone try that?

^Nope, its not as cost effective as good old creapure.
