Creatine: Pills or Powder?

I’ve recently decided to start taking creatine to aid in my strengh while working out. I went to GNC to ask one of the associates there, but the guy didn’t seem like the type that I should be seeking advice about working out.(very obese gentlemen, but very nice).

Anyway, is there any difference between taking the powder form of creatine as oppose to the pills? Are the benefits the same? And another thing should I take the pure creatine or a creatine formula that contains creatine along with some other additives? Any input would be great.

Thanks,
GW

get the powder from here $13 for 100 servings and toss it into your PWO drink

1st: Don’t EVER ask someone at GNC for advice.

They receive no real training in nutrition and get commissions based on pushing some products more than others.

They do not have your best interests at heart.

2nd: Biotest creatine is the highest quality stuff I’ve ever used and it’s not outlandishly priced. Go with that.

Everyone else on this site is going to agree with this post. Also, don’t mention GNC again on this site unless you really want to get flamed. Biotest products are far superior

Sorry dude! I don’t want any trouble. Just info.

And the creatine monohydrate from the Biotest store will equate to like a tenth of the cost in the long run of creatine pills.

creatine serum is the best
