I recently got off creatine mono. powder as it was a huge pain and i thought it was the cause of pimples. But it seems to be such an important, helpful part of muscle gains, so I was thinking to just taking some capsules instead.
Would it be worth it/helpful to take 10 or so grams before workouts and then 5-7g on off days? Or is there a better time to take them?
My current supplement diet is:
Protien shake in the morning
Shotgun Spike energy drink and carbs 25 min. before workout
pro complex protein shake after workout
casein protein shake before bed
so would taking these capsules in that 25 min. before workouts be beneficial and the best way to go?
