I’ve been testing that recently with success: Creatine mono always made my stomach retaliate…real bad.
So now I put my creatine in boiling water with some BCAAs.
Is there any adverse effect of high temperature and those peptides (sort of “cooking” my creatine)?

Don’t boil it, but you can try mixing it in warm water. Some people on other sites have said that this has helped their stomach uneasiness.
Just for those who have the same problem I HAD with creatine mono: it’s been 2 weeks now that I put my creatine in boiled water and I had no issue at all with my stomach.
For those it might help…
Could just try a different type of creatine like Krealkalyn, creatine gluconate etc

I did. But with those products, I never once felt the same pump and energy that I get with creatine mono.
