I just bought Creatine Monohydrate (Creapure) from Protein Factory.com. It doesn’t specify whether to load or not. I’ve been hearing it is a waste to load creatine. But my goal is to gain lean mass. So should I load or not? I am 6’2" 195lbs. My macros are P:350g C:330g F:100g.
