Does drinking caffeine while taking creatine counteract its use because of its diuretic effect? Is it ok to take them both at the same time, and does anyone here get results from taking both of them?
During the original studies at the uni of Nottingham, the athletes were given creatine dissolved in coffee to see if it had any effect on their performance.
This was in the early nineties, obviously things have come a long way since then, but it worked and was the first step in creatine’s quest for world domination…
