OK, what were you taking then?
For now, I’d stay off the AI. Any chance you can get labs (including E2) in 6-8 weeks?

200 mgs of test and I was taking I full tab of adex once a day for a week.
I meant, what were you taking four years ago, when you did your first cycle.
I would argue that crashed e2 is 10x worse than high e2. The apathy and depression are horrible compared to a little nipple tingling or bloating
You don’t need estrogen levels to know. 1mg of anastrozole crashed my E2. You took 7 (hence the full retard video). Crashed E2 is horrible. Most claims of high estrogen are folks that haven’t adjusted to a dosage yet and don’t realize estrogen is supposed to go up when their T levels increase so when they look at labs and it’s higher than it was that’s what they attribute it to. I did it for a full year. Did the same thing as you and after 2 estrogen crashes realized I was entering full retard. Finally got the whole estrogen thing out of my head, gave myself enough time to adjust to a dosage and have felt amazing for quite a while now with one of the highest estrogen levels I’ve seen on the forum.
As said here almost certainly crashed E. But if you’re really stressed about t it go order your own labs and check. I think you’re wasting your money if you do but hey… lastly, get off everything besides T, run it for a solid 6 weeks and see. It was said earlier, AI doesn’t help if you really do have gyno. Take tamoxifen for that. Taking an AI to prevent gyno is not the way to go. What is your BF percentage, are you sure it’s gyno and not fat?
What were your symptoms when you crashed?
It’s been a few years but the mental effects were somewhat like depression. Like dragging ass mentally, brain fog, worry, no drive and feeling worthless. Simple tasks were hard to accomplish. I overall felt like I didn’t want to feel like I was feeling.
So it’s been since Tuesday that I think I crashed my e2. If I went in Monday to get it checked, would my estrogen still be super low? Or would my estrogen have come up by then while I’m still having sides of a crashed e2? Still pissed my doctor didn’t check it like I asked him to.
It will have gone up slightly. Overall it should take you about 3-4 weeks to get stable. Should be feeling a bit better in another week. You will go through an estrogen rebound phase that may or may not be problematic. But soon after you’ll even out and lesson learned on AI’s. It’s a lesson many of us had to learn going through the same experience. Don’t worry. It gets better.
Well if my estrogen gets too high, I’m good with that. It releases Serotonin into your body and allows you to chill the hell out. I’m cool with that. I’m sitting at 9% body fat. A little weight gain won’t hurt me. I just can’t do this anxiety shit. I’ve never had it before, I don’t want it again.
Alright, I made a post a couple of days ago about my symptoms. Heart pounding, lethargy, bones ache, and major anxiety and depression. I took a mg of adex for a week and everyone agreed it’s a crashed e2.
So my question now is if I felt it crash last Tuesday, and I went in to get my estradiol tested today, would it still be low? Would my estradiol have shot up since Tuesday? I just need to know if it was actually a crashed e2 so I can talk myself down when I wake up with a pounding heart and major anxiety. I feel like if it’s not my e2 I’m going to lose my crap because I won’t know what it actually is and I’ll be back at square 1. I just want to pin point what the hell is wrong with me.
You’re going to turn into a hypochondriac with that attitude.
Give it 2-4 weeks from when you stopped adex. Anything else is a waste of money.
Also (and this is from my own experience with anxiety), do NOT start practicing mindfulness or breathing or meditation or any of that shit. You need to be in the right mental state for that or it’s going to make your problems a lot worse.
Just forget about it and shrug it off if you wake up, and know that it will go away. I go through phases like that all the time. I can easily have a several nights/weeks in a row of poor sleep, but it always gets better as long as I don’t play the anxiety game.
I need to figure the hormone shit out. That’s what’s stressing me. I’ve never had anxiety before and if it’s due to a crashed e2 I’ll be good and be able to write off all of the crap as that. I just want to know if I get my labs today, will they be higher since the crash happened last week?
Its tough to say. There are error margins in the labs, and your values fluctuate day to day depending on a lot of factors. It’s going to come up, you just need to give it time.
I would recommend against getting a test today, because if it comes back high, you’re going to freak out about it and your anxiety will get a lot worse.
Also when you E2 levels change there is a lag time to when your body realizes these changes, you’re not a microprocessor driven computer able to adapt on the fly to changing hormone levels, the body is slow by comparison.
It’s likely low e2. Blood work would verify. Go get some done if it will ease your mind. It will take at least 1 week to get the results. If it’s low e2, by the time it’s verified with labs, you should be starting to feel better. Magnesium taurate (400 mgs), glycine (buy powder take 1 teaspoon) and fish oil (4 to 8 grams) can be quick temporary aids to reduce anxiety. 30 mgs of vinpocetine with a meal with some fat will give relief as well. All of these can be purchased online or at a supplement store to help keep you calm while you’re coping with this.
You took too much Anastrozole and you’re learning why you see some folks so vehemently condemn the shit. Folks that haven’t crashed wouldn’t understand just how bad it is. It’s fucking horrible. The good news is after you go through that it’s a lot easier to come to the realization you don’t need it.
One mg per day, for a week?
