Craig Titus is a past place finisher in the Mr. Olympia bodybuilding competition, and his antics appropriately earned him the nickname the “Bad Boy of Bodybuilding.” Meanwhile, his elegant wife, Ryan, is widely recognized as one of the premier womens’ fitness competitors in the country.
Today Titus and Ryan sit in the Clark County Correctional Facility accused of murdering their live-in personal assistant Melissa James, whom Titus admitted to having an affair with.
Recently Titus was suspected of possibly being involved in a murder-for-hire plot to eliminate some of the prosecution’s witnesses. His friend Nelson Brady Jr. was arrested while soliciting an undercover detective posing as a hit-man to kill three potential witnesses.
On this episode of Super Human Radio we’ll play some never-before-aired taped telephone conversations that have many people suggesting that Titus, in fact, knew about the plot.
We’ll also listen to excerpts of a phone conversation between informant Deen Cassim and Nelson Brady Jr. that led up to the murder-for-hire solicitation.

Many of us have forgotten about the Craig Titus - Kelly Ryan murder trial. A lot of time has passed since they were first accused of the murder of Melissa James, their live-in personal assistant.
Bail has been denied, the trial is supposed to begin in the next couple months, however rumors are that the defense will attempt to postpone the trial in an effort to be better prepared. The prosecutor is ready now. And the evidence is strong.
It would be foolish to attempt to predict the outcome of the trial. Anything can happen.
Glenn Puit is possibly the most knowledgeable about the events surrounding the case. His recently published book - Fire In The Desert - is an evidentiary detailed record of the facts about the case.
He shared his observations and some of the less-known facts about the case with me.
Excerpts of four taped phone conversations between Dean Cassim - the informant - Nelson Brady Jr. and Craig Tutus were played for the first time on broadcast radio.
Several people closest to the case claim these phone calls are about a murder-for-hire plot to eliminate three potential witnesses for the prosecution. Brady has already been arrested and accused of trying to hire the hit-man, who was actually an undercover detective. Titus has not been accused yet. You can make your own decision.
