Did you even read the article? It’s not as if they did all of that for fun, and it’s not like it’s the normal way that they transport inmates from cell to cell.
Like it or not, the first priority in prison is security.
so which bodybuilder turned murderer would you take in a fight? I give the edge to Bertil Fox

sorry I did read the article AFTER I posted, My bad.
The treatment for this is totally inappropriate since he has only been accused and not charged with anything. But thats what you get when you mess with Vegas Po-Po. This looks like it was taken at Northtown, maybe Stewart Mojave. At least they didnt tune him up.

After reading the full article, and as a Correctional Officer, I don’t see anything wrong with what they did. His defense attorney can’t base his opinion of how Titus was treated purely on the fact that he’s still not proven guilty.
Consider the fact that he had already been subject to another escape investigation, then after that they find a man tampering with air ducts in the area of Titus’ cell.
They also believe that he may have had a plot to kill three witnesses against him that may have been planned in the prison, and his friend had even been charged with trying to pay a hitman to kill them.
Titus had also been asking how he could get a corrections uniform, which would be of little use except for making an escape. He also has been said to be a challenging inmate.
As for using female nurses to check him, that’s not uncommon. It’s normal to be checked for injuries after incidents like that, and whether they are female or not doesn’t matter, they’re trained nurses doing their job. Plenty of people have doctors of the opposite sex, so I don’t see why that’d be an issue.
Overall, I think it looked very professional.[/quote]
Absolutely agree. The whole of the video is that EVERYONE is protected. A defense attorney’s argument will start with how a jury might be prejudiced with his treatment. VERY hard to make a case with this, as the corrections officers seem to be following their procedures to a “T.” Good on 'em.

I am pretty sure he has been charged with murder. The judge decided he is a flight risk (because of the way he ran before) so he was not granted bail before his trial.
Of course he has not been convicted, but neither was OJ.
