I hate changing hour, good workout though

Bench ME

Bench, could really focus on form. Got good pressure on the traps, feet below the hips and wide appart, tension in the hip joint, etc. I found that repping a fast rep destroys scapula placement. Isn’t tucking scapula in and down thrown away for all the reps but the first?!

Used far more then 75 seconds between set, but heartbeath stayed well above 100 the whole time. Doing some eccentric hypertrophy.

Then I tried some complexe, but I was already pretty much fried.

The goal was

Back squat x20

Could only get to the BOR part before dropping the bar.

Well, I’ll do the same over and over until I get it right. Weights were low, so the recovery will be quick.
