How do u guys keep the V-handle from sliding?! Gonna go back to BOR or DB BOR. I was looking for T-bar cause I wanted a new challenge, I already manhandle the heaviest DB in the gym (100 lbs…) for >10 reps on DB BOR.

Didn’t notice funny looks with barbell hip thrusts, it’s certainly going to become a staple of my training, it’s the best thing I found to develop hip hypertextension.

You did 385 DL whithout straps? If it’s the case, three plates plus 35lbs each side…That’s quite a big load for a 175 lbs guy…I don’t think I can tie this with my 5x345lbs.
