Couple of Questions on Short Cycles

I’ll give u a little info on my situation and lay out my cycles for a little advice.

I originally was going to run 10 week cycles of tren and test.However after doing my first Tren cycle I realized how bad the Tren messed up my cardio.Unfortunaly my cardio plays an important role in my sport.So my next option(since I already have all the gear) was to run a short cycle that would allow enough time for good strength gains and my cardio to recover in time for tournaments.

Obviouslly I have had to pass on a few tournies in order to get enough recovery time.So I’ve centred everything around the more important events.I have found that after the cycle is done on Tren ace that my cardio would return(at least better) in about 3 weeks.Since I will be running tren enath I’m guessing 5 weeks.I hope the recovery time(cardio) is lower with a shortened cycle.

Before I get into the cycles I just needed some thoughts on how long I should run the PCT.From what I understand by running a short cycle u are able to recover quicker and don’t have to run your PCT as long as a 12week cycle or longer.I used to do nolva at 40 a day for 2 weeks then 20 a day for 2 weeks.Average cycle was 12weeks for this PCT.

So this is the cycle I have decided to go with.

Week 1-6 Tren Enath 900mg front load then 550mgs a week
week 1-7 Test Enath 500mg front load then 350mgs a week
week 1-4 1/2 weeks Anadrol at 50mgs ED
Week 1-8 Letrozole at .25mgs EOD but will adjust according to E level
Week 9-11 PCT (guessing here)would be 40-20-20 each week for 3 weeks

Also I have enough gear to run this cycle 3 times this year so that is why I have cut the anadrol off at 4 1/2 weeks.I am hopeing I will still get good gains even though u can run it for up to 6 weeks.

Also do u think the anadrol(haven’t used it yet) will hurt my cardio recovery time when used with the Tren.

I’m sure I have a few more things to add but so far this is all I have come up with.

You’re running long esters for up to 7 weeks, which means that you’re going to be “on” for close to 9 weeks. That isn’t a particularly short cycle; 4 or 5 weeks with a short ester would obviously be a very different story.

Stick with 4 weeks of PCT, starting two weeks after your last injection, which pretty much means weeks 10,11,12 and 13.

As far as not useing a short ester I basically don’t for the simple reason is short esters are always dosed less then the longer esters.They usually are cheaper but it always works out that u get more per ml or dollar for the long esters.

I can easily make the cycle shorter.So basically cut the tren down to 3 weeks and the test down to 5 weeks.

Is this still a viable short cycle or will I have to chance to regular mast and tren acetate?

I’d still run a 4 week PCT after running tren E / test E for 3 & 5 weeks respectively. Personally, I’ve used a shorter PCT after shorter prop-only runs when there were time / travel constraints but these days I find myself leaning to 4+ weeks of PCT after typical cycles.

I apologize if I missed something in your stated goals (I read your post as being primarily about cardio recovery) but I don’t quite follow why a shortened PCT is that important to you.

As far as the shortened PCT goes basically less time btwn cycles which I was hopeing would mean faster cardio recovery and basically that I could get back on another cycle faster after the tournaments.

Also I am not using gear primarly for tournaments.Well that is one reason but injury prevention,recovery and overall strength.I also do powerlifting and that helps there big time.

Right now I have enough gear for 3 of the cycles I have above.For future cycles I am looking at the 2 on 2 off by Bill Roberts and will have to switch the shorter esters for sure.

Right now just trying to do the best thing for the gear I have.
