Counting Protein and Calories

Yeah, well. The Dude abides.

Sorry for mistake, i weigh my rice raw and my chicken cooked. Now biggest problem becomes veggies and fruits. When i was little kiddo i was allergic to lots of things, and others i didn’t ate just because. So now, i have small amount of foods i like. But i have to incorporate the micronutrients into my diet somehow. I take animal pak, isn’t that enough?

Your body will absorb micronutrients from plant sources much better. Plus, there are many things in plants that you cannot get from multivitamins like phytonutrients. You should really find a way to incorporate some dark, leafy greens in your diet at the very least.

Ok, I will do it. Btw, ripsaw, are You into spiritual stuff or psychedelics?
Edit: when i incorporate fruits and vegetables in to my diet, should i expect any weight or strength gains? Test, HGH increase?

It’s hard to say. You are giving your cells the chemicals required to carry out certain functions in the body. At the very least, your bowel movements would be better.

Off topic: I do enjoy contemplating the universe and learning about different fields of physics and what not. My avatar is artwork from the album Lateralus from Tool, as drawn by Alex Grey.

Be my friend then! I’ve barely listened to tool, but that cover looks like dmt drawings

Tool has some awesome transcendental music. They write about some very deep concepts. Check out some of the artwork by Alex Grey, it’s fascinating.

That’s how my meal looks. 155g of chicken breast (weighed after cooking) and 120g of rice (weighed before cooking). Supplements for size comparison.

bump

Yeah that doesn’t look like 120g of rice raw, maybe half that. 40g of rice usually makes about 3/4 cup cooked so I would expect 2 1/4 cups of rice which is a lot.

Chicken looks a little light too but probably close enough.

I will take pics of rice and chicken separately on scale later
