Hi Coach, could you give any tips for cortisol control for evening workouts? Due to lifestyle circumstances I am having to do 2 to 3 of my weekly sessions at night, i,e wrapping up between 9-9.30pm. I’m already taking PS and adhere to a low carb diet, which I know is also a factor for cortisol control, but wondered what your thoughts are in these circumstances. Many thanks.
