you make me laugh mate. You need to shut your mouth. You are criticising me when you don’t even look like you lift. I looked at your pics and they made me shit myself laughing
Are u joking? I guarantee that guy lifts way more than u and could prolly kick ur ass. Furthermore one does not need to be more “jacked” than another to criticize them. You asked for criticism and not just from ppl who are more in shape than you. Movie critics often time dont make movies and food critics aren’t necessarily master chefs.
Anyway all being annoyed with ur douchiness aside i will give u constructive criticism
For two years on off followed by 6 months seriously i do not find ur physique to be very impressive. So i think u must be doing something sub-optimally.
Ur arms are disproportionate to the rest of ur physique. They are good but prolly ur only strong point besides ur back width. Ur pecs look like they need work and from the lack of leg shots im assuming they are also pretty bad. Furthermore u have no spinal erectors. These two facts paired together make u think that u dont squat.
Also from the looks of ur back im going to guess u dont DL either. Start doing both immediately, they are some of the most productive lifts u can do. Furthermore i dont know what army training is like but perhaps some olympic lifts to build ur explosive strength would have some good carryover (clean, snatch). BUt seriously start doing something for ur lower back and legs.
That core stability is crucial in any sort of athletic endeavor. I can’t really judge how developed ur abs are because u have fat covering ur stomach. But definitely be doing some ab training throughout the week. Ive fiddled with all different kinds of training frequencies and one of my favorites went something like this
Monday ab exercise A 4 sets
Tuesday ab exercise B 4 sets
Thursday ab exercise C 4 sets
Friday ab exercise D 4 sets
Also u say u like push-ups pull-ups, dips etc… Try a variety of them. variety is going to help more than anything, rather than just doing the same 2-3 variations. Try one=armed, clap, fist, dumbbells, bands, chains , medicine balls push-ups etc… etc… check out this link for some cool ideas and demos

Same goes for pull-ups… .check out this link

I think pullups and pushups are big in army training stuff.
Anyway i think u should also look into just doing a pre-fab routine by one of the authors on here rather than make your own, or check out CT’s two part article on how to design a routine
