Consistenly Below Range FSH

Hello, I am 22 years old.

I have all the symptoms of low testosterone except for muscle building and strength (lol)

My testosterone levels were repeatedly tested to be in the bottom third of the ranges.

Looking at my multiple blood test, my LH is moving normally in range. —Everything else is normal, as looked up by various MD—

The only thing that is not normal is my FSH, which is below the range in every test, regardless of where my LH is.

2 endos won’t do anything. They don’t look at all the tests, only the one they ordered and I know the first one dismissed the low FSH because FSH is pulsatile.

What could this mean? Would it be advisable to schedule yet another appointement or try to talk to someone to get explanations about this?

Thanks

Be more specific about your symptoms and labs. You aren’t posting enough actual data.

Smart endos. I wouldn’t do anything either. The only use FSH values have is when they are near zero or way above range. FSH should be low many times per day. That’s the pulsatile piece. If you had 20 or 30 blood draws throughout the day and they were all low then FSH might be useful. This is why they cannot use the number. Remember it’s just a number. Your FSH is likely all over the place throughout any given day.

Did you test your thyroid?
