Hooray! Looking forward to this book. Pity we will have to wait a year!!!
Any chance of an initial book summary? Will it be a general book covering everything, targeted at weightloss or what.
A little teaser please!

Handjobs aren’t exactly at a premium.

Well, I would have said you were a cheap …, um, but I think I can understand why you would not want a vampire close to strategically important areas.
Awesome John! Dream come true I imagine. Definitely one of my favourite writers, diamonds in the rough is classic for just one example.
You and Nate can now be book buddies together as well as lifestyle/lifting buddies. I will be buying, presuming it’s available in the UK.
I’ll buy it!

I was attempting to be optimistic in how well I’d be able to manage the time suck. But yes, you are correct.

Diablo?
For serious. Ideally, I can write the book by screaming out sentences to a ghost writer while smashing undead with my monk in D3.

LOL! Just made my day. It’s been a dream to see myself represented in the form of a D&D Character Sheet.
Age - just celebrated my 30th last week.

When I get clearance from Harper, will give you a full synopsis. I can tell you that it will cover some of the same stuff as my other works with regard to hormones. This book will be as much about how that stuff affects you inside the gym (strength/body comp) as it does outside (well being/sex drive etc).
The main thrust of the book is, “how to become the best version of yourself.”

Congratulations buddy!! John is a fantastic trainer and really knows his stuff, being a cool nerd helps as well ;)
Thanks, HF! The voice of the book will be intended to capture the “cool nerd” type feel. Lots of references to star wars, D&D, etc.
Great fitness content and nerdy writing is the key =)

Now that you’ve hit the 30th mark, your wisdom obviously went up to 18.
Ha, yes, now that I have my first grey hair, I will be gifted with wizdomz
Congratulations, John, and well deserved. Best of luck on the book.

In your chapter, How to look like an action figure, I hope you do not skip the sticky subject on how to chose either rotation or bending at the waist, the advantages of each, and the dangers of attempting both.

Both will be covered exhaustively.
I will also be discussing aftermarket add-ons like kung fu grip

Can’t forget having multiple joint movements, especially knees+ankles, it greatly increases your potential for holding different poses. What use is being able to move your legs at the hip if you just fall over, or god forbid you’re just stuck there like an army guy.
