I failed miserably.
I actually guessed right, in no way was I watching the cups.
I tried it several times. After the second, I realized I have this bizarre affinity for watching titties and balls at the same time.

I failed so many times I figure out that the ball only shows on the right or left cup, and the girl switched the scene 2 times from hands free to using her hands.
