Instead of the usual Monday of training early, coming home and eating and cooking, then heading off to work at 4, I am staying home to watch over my daughter, who may just be coming down with the flu. School called at noon to come and get her so I am stuck with nothing to do while she sleeps off the fever. I have a big meet and a training camp in 4 weeks so I’m scared to even get near her in case I get whatever she has.

Anyways, if ya’ll have some amusing videos or jokes or funny web pages to share and help keep me amused, I’ll be forever grateful. That is all.

you could take a series of pictures of you in your underware laying on your bed, contorted in a way that when all the pictures are put together, it spells out ‘HolyMac’
