Ha! Small world. I know Branch pretty well. My daughter babysits for him and Trish. Your physique is looking great especially the delts and v taper. Yeah I’d just grind out the diet the last few weeks and then give yourself a good full carb the day before the show. You’ll fill out nicely.
Looks like you Cary fat like I do. The last bit is below the belly button and on the lower back. I’d also reccomemd that you focus in the future on some more direct and work. With a waist that small if you can develop some abs and obliques that really pop it will really help your overall package.

You’re right, the fat around my lower back and sides and the lower abs is extremely stubborn. Any tips on how you got rid of it? I actually previously got down to a very low BF and my lower ab fat was still there, so I actually have never got rid of it.

For me it was just the last to go. Unfortunately it stalled out for me about 4 weeks out. I had to up my cardio to 20-30 minutes twice a day and dropped carbs to about 50 grams per day

Wow im up to an hour cardio a day. Not sure how much more I can squeeze in. Ive just switched 2 of those LISS sessions for HIIT sprints. And carbs are as low as I can go on a plant based diet.
The show is UKBFF, we dont have NPC here in the UK. I’ll definitely check your thread out, what do you think of a mini peak week 2 weeks out to see how many carbs I need to peak? @jackolee

I wouldn’t do it if it were me. Just keep cutting. Best advice anyone ever gave me was to keep the routine the same if it’s working. If your still dropping weight don’t change a damn thing. Only make adjustments when needed.

The only thing I’ve used on that list is Test E lol. I’ve really only done two blasts on top of my TRT.
One was 600 test e and 300 deca. Gained about 15 lbs kept probably 1/2
Second was 750 test only. Hard to gauge gains yet. Started it right after my show at 155 and currently sitting at 180. Guess we’ll see when it’s cutting time again.
I’m planning on running 250 test and 5-600 eq this fall sometime, and then a cutting cycle in mid spring with maest, TRT dose of test, anavar, and GH
You look really dry and vascular. I always thought that the most conditioned competitor would win, but it didn’t pan out that way in my show. In men’s physique they’re looking for the guy that would go on the cover of men’s health. Get a posing coach and make shire your good with that. There was a dude in my division who was shredded to the hilt, and big. His posing was terrible though and he didn’t even make top 5.
You getting any carpel tunnel pain from the 5iu HGH?
I don’t know about @Singhbuilder but I am getting wicked carpal tunnel numbness from 4 iu.
You will love the cutting cycle. I ran the EQ this cycle at 600 in the bulk phase, cant say i felt much to be honest.
My current stack would probably give similar lean muscle gains to 750mg test which would be much cheaper but I absolutely hate test. It never used to but now it turns me into a wreck, emotionally. So my go to compounds now are non-aromatising steroids with low dose test.
Ive just incorporated masteron and my skin has definitely never looked thinner. Now I can really see the lower ab fat so it will be easier to see progress.
I hear you on the show results, I’m not sure what the judges over here are looking for, I’ll only find out on the day. I just cant wait to fill out man.

And yes me too, I’m not getting it too bad anymore but I definitely am getting “pins and needles” in my arms and legs and tingling if I dont move them around every now and then.

I really like this concept of running low test and non aromatizing compounds. If anavar and masteron didnt have such negative effects on lipids id be running it right now. I’m only 3 weeks off of blast and I’m chomping at the bits to run again. I’m thinking September I’ll run again. Cruise at 150 mg test E until then.

For what it’s worth mast at 500/week for the last 3 months has had zero effect on my lipids. I’m going to drop it to 100mg/week with my cruise
That doesn’t mean it will be the same for everyone iv seen people who have issues and others who run it year round with no problems. If your going to try it I say go for it just keep and eye on your bloods to figure out which category you fall in

Im losing alot of hair now, but you know what, I’m at the point now where I’m not even trying to hold onto it. If it goes it goes. At least next cycle I’ll be able to use tren haha!
