Does anyone know a source that compares the insulin response to different forms of protein? I’m thinking whey concentrate vs hydrosolate vs isolate vs casein type of thing. I think this would be interesting to read if anyone knows or a source. Thanks for taking the time to read the post.

Just thinking in my head here, not necessarily a scientific source. The faster the protein digests the larger the insulin response will most likely be.
So in order of smallest insulin response to largest insulin response would go:
Casein, Whey Concentrate, Whey Isolate, Whey Hydrolysate, Casein Hydrolysate.
I believe free form AA would fall in between Whey Isolate and Whey Hydrolysate.
it’s been posted on the forums before, try a google search on here
