I am in the process of planning to open a gym in my town. I have found a location that I want to lease, and am trying to get general liability insurance to cover the gym. I haven’t had any policies in the past so this would be the first policy on the gym. Every insurance agent I talk to will not cover me because of the risk of covering a start-up business.
I was wondering if there were any personal trainers out there that have come across a situation similar to this. If so, could one of you point me in the right direction in finding an agent that will cover a start-up business? Any help is more than appreciated. Thanks a lot.
