Comments on Workout Routine

Hey Ellington, Here’s a record of my latest workout. All cadences are 4/4 just to add variation and all movements are to failure. Having said that I’m still focused on inroading, more so that training to failure.

Any thoughts, comments, observations?

Block 1 - Legs

Squat

Leg Extension

Leg Curl

Block 2 - Back

Seated Row

Pulldown

Block 3 - Chest

Decline Press

Block 4 - Shoulders

Seated Press

Block 5 - Arms

Bicep Curl

Tricep Extension

Also what time under load are you using with the 4/4 cadence?
