Comments on Beta - Alanine

Anyone used it with success?

yes

I continually use it and don’t intend on stopping. It has helped to increase and maintain a higher level of endurance I notice whether hitting the weights or hiking in the mountains. You should notice an increase in rep range on your lifts within a few weeks of using it.

agreed

Yes, I like it. I also love the tingly feeling you get after taking it.

What do you mean? I heard it is also good for keeping nausea and lactic acid away (a problem for me), anyone feels that?

When I take it, usually about 20 minutes later, I’ll start to feel this slight tingly feeling in my skin. It’s a common feeling when taking Beta-Alanine. A few people talked about it here, but it’s been mentioned in other threads as well.

I take about 3200mg about 20 min before my workout and as I get to the gym I start to feel the tingly feeling (I feel it in my ass) and it’s not so pleasant but once I start my workout I don’t notice it. I take another 3200mg afterwards.

I’ve seen increases in strength and endurance. I’ve consistently added 10lbs the last 2 weeks to my bench (dumbbells).
