How has sex drive been with the anti-depressants with the various levels of testosterone, if you don’t mind answering?
What kind of diet did you have during the heavy AAS use? High fat, low fat, protein, carbs? Types of fats, etc? You say your blood levels were fine for the most part, so I’m curious how diet played a role.
I love picking peoples’ brains, so sorry if I seem like a leach with all these questions.
What was your use of orals like? I think you said you stayed away from them for the most part, but can’t remember for sure.

I have a question:
Did you stayed at the 500-750mg dosages and then ramped up or was it a gradual increase like the old timers?
I say that because I have done a lot of research with old time bodybuilders here and most are of the opinion that once you are shut down you are shut down and restarting the hpta like the newer weekly cycles is just asking for more trouble.

I would say that my diet most closely follows a basic carb cycling approach. Fairly heavy carbs on training days…minimal carbs on non-training days. lots of protein daily my target is always 500grams but most days i would say 400-500.
i take in 240 daily from Metabolic Drive alone plus whatever i eat. Alot of my years were spent just eating the most caloric dense foods possible or i would never have gotten to this size. Just the last few years i have started thinking about my health. Almost no orals at all.
